A MIDNIGHT CALL...

This post is about a call which came at mid night. The call could have changed my life forever. It could have destroyed my carreer. But thank God till now nothing happened. All is well.
Nov 29 midnight. Me and Prasanth was waiting for Ashvin's call. He was supposed to fly nextday. Couldnt meet him. Huge miss. We were remembering the good times we had at Gokulam Public School. I was returning back home on dec 6th. And i had told this to Rahul and Sree. Atlast Ashvin called and told me that Rahul told him I will return on 4th and so he cancelled his ticket and booked for 5th. Me and Prasanth was shocked. But this is Ashvin. We can excpect such craziness from him. Well he told us to pack and come soon. Now we were in dillema. There is a guy who cancelled his flight just to see us and there is our carrer on otherside. Hmm I had only onething to choose. Its Ashvin calling we gotta go. The very next day we went to APSRTC station and booked busticket to banglore for 1st Dec. There was lot of things to do like packing, taking photostat of notes etc. But by God's grace and previous experience of doing things at last minute, we managed to complete everything. So on Dec 1st we bid goodbye to Chandras Mens Hostel, Ace Engg Academy, IIT Aspirants@Ace and to Hyderabad. We reached banglore on 2nd morning. Started to home in KSRTC. Reached there at eve. On 3rd dec went to Vadakara, Ashvin's home. Rahul Sree and VV was already there. When we reached ther he told us that we have to goto Manglore that night. Oh god. He is crazy. But again its Ashvin who is telling, so me and Papu decided to go with him. Sree & Rahul had exams on monday so they didint come. So went to Manglore at midnight. Reached there morning. We took a room and refreshed. Saturday Eve Chennai mail we returned back. It was his last day back home. So he called Rahul & Sree too. They got exams on monday but still they came at midnight. Again its the mesmerising affect of ASHVIN. We didnt sleep [well I slept k :)].Next day eve we all went to airport to bid him goodbye. Well two days with him, I was enjoying like nuts. It have been long time since i enjoyed in such a way. Ashvin, he is a guy who deeply influenced our lives. And the team Ashvin, Sree, Rahul, VV, Papu and me got togther. Well we were taking another step in our lifelong friendship.

There is no secret ingredient....

Narasimha....Half man, half lion....was the third incarnation of Lord Vishnu. Born to protect good from evil. The man whom I am discussing here is also called 'Narasimha'. But He is no incarnation of any God. He is simply a human, the chief cook of Chandras Boys hostel- where I stayed when I was at Hyderabad. Here I am discussing the secret ingredients of Narasimhas cooking and in the end you will understand that there is no secret ingredient. All are natural.
  • We are served with curd. 1 packet of curd mixed with water serving 130. This mixing is done in bathroom in pipe water and by the filthy hands of mighty narasimha.
  • We are served with puri. He makes puri while he brushes his teeth.
  • The table where puri I made is black at the edges and clean in centre. Guess what the secret ingredient is!
  • If anything falls from table to filthy floor, he puts it back without cleaning.
  • Yesterday night's rice is served as lemon ice for breakfast next day.
  • He got 2 kids of abt 8 and 4. He serves the younger one in mouth and at same time serves us too without even washing hands. And mind it she got cold and her nose drips always.
  • Narasimha is best in making fried rice and guess what, he scratches his ASS!!!(Yuck) while making it.
  • He also sneezes openly due to the masala powders...
  • Last but not least, the vessel in which rice is made is cleaned by salt water, don’t misunderstand, what I meant was that Narasimha's kid always PISSED on it when it is kept for washing.
Now we understood that there is no secret ingredient, all are natural ingredients. And after having this food we are sure to develop Acquired Immuno EFFICIENCY Syndrome. Ya our immune system is tested and made stronger by providing us with unhygienic food. As I told there is no secret ingredient.

Diwali @ Hyderabad

When I am writing this...it is all silence around me. No sounds, light and smell of crackers. Dense smoke have been cleared. Only the waste scattered here & there....like memories scattered in heart. My mind drifts back... over to the beautiful time @LBSCE where we celebrated each and every function with one hell of a happiness. The peculiar thing about celebrations at LBS is that it is all in front of LADIES HOSTEL. We assemble there, light up crackers, sing songs especially nadanpattu. We shout scream and all in all ogle the girls. And most exciting thing is to sent rockets to the windows of LH. It was real celebration, where we were a part. And now from Hyderabad when i remember all those golden memories etched in my memory for ever, i got only few tears with me.
Diwali was some experience at Hydbd. One thing i understood after coming to this metropolitan city is that people here does not care about money when it comes to celebration. It had started a few days before itself. But all i was excited about diwali was that i heard we will get special food(trust me food here sucks). So i was eagerly waiting for it. But what we got was one of the worst thing they make- brinjal, what we call the bomb. So we decided to have food from outside. After having food we all went for a walk around. But this walking have been dangerous since kids have been blasting the crackers near our legs. And once a rocket missed us by inches. I wondered how the drivers managed... especially bikers. When we reached near a showroom the celebration was at its peek. Because of them the whole traffic was at mayhem. Police was trying hard to control the traffic jam. But fireworks were great. But more wonderful was the hot chick who was lighting the crackers and other girls around the place in colourful dresses and definitely showing their assets. The fun was when a rocket backfired on the hot chick. Her skirt caught fire. (Un)Luckily nothing happened. It was then the owner of showroom understood that we were actually ogling girls. He shouted at us but we did not move a inch. Then came police with their electric batons and charged us out of area. We ran for our life. When we rounded our way back to hostel we saw a family celebrating in front of their flat. We joined them and thank god, chicks were there here too. Enjoyed a lot. After celebrating and of course studying the anatomy of girls we bid them good bye, wishing happy diwali.
Diwali is the celebration of victory of good over evil. It is a celebration of light. And indeed Hyderabad was ablaze on diwali night like a day. Let the light be spread......the light of care comfort and love.....

Powerfull Ally In Numbness....PAIN

Out of Syllabus 6
Numbness means loss of sensation. Its a state where you got nothing to do. Nothing to think. Nothing to feel. I was numb. I was at a standstill. Everything else in the world around me is moving. As seen in movies. And in the numbness i found a powerful ally- PAIN.
Pain is an unpleasant sensory and emotional experience.I never feared physical pain. I somehow enjoyed pain, to an extend. God also knew this. May be that is why he decided to punish me for my sins with mental pain. Mental pain- I could not bear it. I could not bear the torture.Torture by my ZAHIR. As sting sang- "No sweet perfume ever tortured me more than this". The very thought of her turns out to be Pain for me.
But i have to fight that pain. Else i will have to succumb to it. But i was not ready to give up. I sought out a solution. I traveled through the other side of my mind. Through the darker alleys. To say, I was embracing the other side. After wandering  lot, i finally found a solution- PAIN. fight pain with pain. Fight mental pain with physical pain. Masochism. That was the perfect solution for numbness. I started torturing myself and i liked it. It helped me to fight my inner terrors. The feel of silky leather on your bare flesh. It kindles your skin. It sets your skin ablaze. The feeling of long nails or sharp blade piercing your skin. To see the red of blood. To feel your bones crushing. Muscles stretching.... Oh it is wonderful. I fought pain with greater pain. I realised, PAIN- pain only can purify you. Greater the pain, purer you become.
GOD- I SERVE YOU MY SKIN, FLESH & BLOOD. TAKE MY OFFERINGS & PURIFY ME FROM MY SINS...

Romanov.....journey through a Pensieve....

"I use the Pensieve. One simply siphons the excess thoughts from one's mind, pours them into the basin, and examines them at one's leisure. It becomes easier to spot patterns and links, you understand, when they are in this form.

I was in 7th std. I knew my father drank and i hated alcohols. I didnt like my father drinking. One day i found out where he kept his drinks and smashed that bottle. That day my father scolded me and beat me to pulp. I couldnt understand why. I asked him.He told" You will understand when you come to my position". I never knew it will be true then .
I was in engineering first year. My friends were collecting the names of people who drink, I told no.
I was in fifth sem, NIMBUS2k8, our class tour. I didnt drink.
I was in 6th sem, Teranis2k9, first ever techfest of LBSCE. The result of our hardwork. Still I didnt drink.
I fell in LOVE. I felt wonderful. But I was broken. Because of love. I didnt know what to do. I didnt know how to relieve from the pain. I decided to test alcohol. And on march 5th 2010 we went to MEGHARAJ to celebrate my 6th sem fullpass. (My first fullpass.) It was then when i had my first peg. My first drink was mixed by X (sorry cant disclose who it is). Mixing a drink for others is the best method to show one's friendship, respect, loyalty and warmness (courtesy- GOD FATHER). And in that context he had shown everything. The atmosphere was great. Light was dim. And chilled beer made it more wonderful. Now i understood that what my father told was true.
Vivikenanda told "Drinking wont solve your problems". Mallya told "Drinking will help you forget your problems". Guess which is better......
